Had a good day today... Wife and Daughter was gone most of the day, and my son is in his room all day, except when he comes out of a bath, or eat, or use the bathroom... Other than that, I dont usually see him! sheesh...

My Son's X-Box, he has some kind of an exhaust fan or a blower fan on it, and it removes the heat (has three wee little 'muffin fans' I think you call them on some kind of stand that attaches to his X-box). That room is so toasty warm, that, he has to open his window...

Early morning weakness with Mortgage Backed Securities led to slightly worse lender rate sheets yesterday morning. Following another successful treasury auction, MBS regained all the morning losses but lenders did not pass along the improvement. Lenders are very quick to take away when MBS are falling in price but very slow in passing along improvements as MBS move higher in price.
