It looks like I will be moving into a tent and going to live on the streets of San Diego. Mind you the Lord might still provide for me in some other way but if nothing opens up for me in the next few days that is what I will ultimately end up doing (I have housing until Monday and will be staying with a gracious Christian couple over the weekend).

My web development work that I have been doing for my present landlord in exchange for the rent is coming to a close as he no longer...

Mortgage Rates Back to Lows of 2010, More Home Sales Data

Posted 02-24-2010 at 08:15 AM by VictorBurek

Thanks to a much weaker than expected consumer confidence survey, the fixed income sector went on quite a rally yesterday. Adding more fuel to the rally was a rather strong treasury auction of 2 year notes that saw very large demand from indirect bidders. As the price gains with mortgage backed securities held through close, all lenders did reprice for the better resulting in many lenders offering 4.75% as par for a 30 year conventional rate mortgage.

Wow, didnt think that would all post!! Glad it did...

At least I have come away with two friends from the game and they are on my instant messanger, so, that is a plus.

Oh, another important thing happened to me, my assistant from work, Matthew Clark passed away January 30th. Ive known him for fifteen years now... Great Wife, great Kids, and he was the best friend a guy could ever have!! Never an unkind word about anyone, and always positive about life and all things....

Eight Months... (1)

Posted 02-23-2010 at 10:03 PM by woodworkingmenace (History)

Its been about Eight Months since I have posted on this blog...
During that time, we have gone through a whole house remodel (by Houseing Rehabilitation), and I have been playing on Evony.com.

I first started out, by listening to my Son, complain that someone 'robbed' him of his level10 city, 2 of them in fact, and zero'd his other city....
