My boys and I visited the store and upon arrival the girl behind the counter was talking to a gentleman and she appeared to be in a good mood... until we approached the counter. Her demeanor changed and she went from being "all smiles" to being almost rude. I have had experience as a CSR and this type of service is unacceptable. I even commented "you look better when you smile" and I think that made her even more upset. I don't know of she didn't want to be there but she not friendly at all. Management needs to train employees to meet your shops' expectations. Not only that but handling personal matters during work hours is very unprofessional. I did not appreciate treatment we were given. Even my boys thought she did not meet customer services standards. Mind you my boys are 21 and 14 years of age. Unfortunately I didn't get her name and I don't recall whether or not she had a name tag. I think she may have been working alone during the time we arrived.
Would you recommend DREYER'S FUN ICE CREAM to others? Yes
unhappy and was not a team player. She was rude to
the customers, coworkers and management.
She was disruptive to the work place.
I am not surprise that she put all this bad comments on the
Internet. I have owned the shop since 2006 and we have
always had an A from the health department. We care very
much about our customers.
