DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS THROUGHOUT ALONG ALL WALL BASES AND IN CORNERS. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. . ALL CRACKS MUST BE SEALED, ALL MISSING WALL COVINGS REPLACED AND ALL WALLS CLEANED AND PAINTED. RAW WOOD DOORS & DOOR FRAMES MUST BE PAINTED AND ALL WALL COVINGS MUST TIGHTLY SEALED TO WALLS. None of the operations connected with food establishments shall be conducted in any room used as living or sleeping quarters. WASHROOM DOORS MUST BE SELF-CLOSING.
