FOUND 10 ALONG THE WALLS UNDER THE STORAGE RACKS AGAINST THE REAR WALL, 5 BEHIND REACH IN FREEZER IN REAR, 5 SCATTERED BEHIND PREP TABLES IN REAR, 10 IN CORNER BY EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINK AND 15 IN CORNER OF CLOSET/STORAGE AREA IN OFFICE. INSTRUCTED TO MAKE DOORS TIGHT FITTED, REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND CLEAN/SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 CITATION #70226-10 ISSUED.
