OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER WEARING GLOVES WHILE HANDLING RAW CHICKEN AND RAW PORK, WASHED HANDS WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON, AND RETURNED TO SERVED A CUSTOMER USING THE SAME GLOVES. POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES.
