FOUND 40 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: THROUGHOUT TEACHERS LOUNGE ALONG WALL LEDGES, LIGHT FIXTURES, CLOSET, BEHIND SOFA CHAIRS, BEHIND AND ON TOP OF SHELVING UNITS/CABINETS IN PRE-K ROOMS AT NKO AND ARIEL, SCATTERED ALONG WALL BASE IN BOILER ROOM. ALSO, OBSERVED DEAD SMALL MOUSE IN TRASH CAN IN BOILER ROOM AND HEARD GNAWING SOUNDS BY MOUSE BEHIND WALL BETWEEN CLOSETS IN TEACHERS LOUNGE. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS, RODENT PROOF DOORS, AND RECOMMEND PEST CONTROL TO SERVICE PREMISES. SERIOUS 7-38-020 ISSUED.
