MUST DETAIL CLEAN INTERIOR OF KITCHEN CABINETS AND REMOVE DEBRIS. MUST ALSO CLEAN VENTS COVERS IN KITCHEN AND WASHROOMS AND REMOVE HEAVY DUST BUILD UP.
BETTER ORGANIZE CLUTTER IN MOP SINK CLOSET.
MUST REPAIR BROKEN URINAL IN BOYS 1ST FLOOR WASHROOM SO THAT IT FLUSHES PROPERLY. MUST INCREASE HOT WATER PRESSURE AND REPAIR SLOW DRAIN AT 1ST WASHBOWL FROM THE WALL IN THE 1ST FLOOR GIRLS WASHROOM. MUST REPAIR VARIOUS LEAKS FROM THE HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING.
MUST SEAL OPENINGS BETWEEN THE TWO REAR EXIT DOORS LEADING TO THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA. MUST SEAL OPENINGS AROUND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN DINING AREA.
