All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. RUSTY WALK IN COOLER FLOOR INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RUST.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. STORAGE AREA NOTED SOME PEELING PAINT ON CEILING INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE, AND RESEAL.

When toilet and lavatory facilities are provided for the patrons of food establishments, such facilities shall be adequate in number, convenient, accessible, properly designed, and installed according to the municipal code. NO HOT RUNNING WATER IN ANY OF THE STUDENTS HAND WASHING BOWLS IN WASHROOMS THRU-OUT THE SCHOOL FOR PROPER HAND WASHING, WATER TEMPERATURE RANGING FROM 43.7-50.9F.
