All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR OF UPRIGHT FREEZER AND MICROWAVE IN THE TEACHERS LOUNGE.

All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. NEED TO REMOVE OLD ITEMS NOT BEING USED IE. UNDERCOUNTER COOLER IN TEACHERS LOUNGE AND OUTSIDE IN SCHOOL YARD REMOVE UNUSED CLASS ROOM (MOBIL UNIT).

MUST REPAIR LEAKING PIPES UNDER 3PART SINK AND FAUCETS, SAME SINK.

PEELING PAINT ON THE WALLS INSIDE THE MENS STAFF WASHROOM 1ST FLOOR,KITCHEN WASHROOM,(BOTH MENS AND WOMENS)AND WOMENS OFFICE STAFF WASHROOM. MUST SCRAPE PEELING PAINT AND REPAINT. STAINED CEILING TILES INSIDE THE WOMENS STAFF WASHROOM 3RD FLOOR. MUST REPLACE.
NO SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON THE WASHROOM DOORS OF THE FOLLOWING: KITCHEN MENS WASHROOM 1ST FLOOR; OFFICE STAFF MENS AND WOMENS WASHROOM; AND IST FLOOR BOYS AND GIRLS WASHROOM. MUST INSTALL SELF CLOSING DEVICE.
