The manual can opener and housing attached,tops and sides of hot cooking equipments,interior compartment of deep fryer,kitchen coolers,interior bins of bar require a detail cleaning also fan covers inside the walk-in-coolers.
Employee toilet room door must be self closing.
Mechanical ventilation inside the employee toilet room is not working.
CLEAN and maintain the floors and baseboards so they are smooth and sanitary from corner to corner and elevate articles 6' off floor for easier cleaning.
Cutting boards with deep, dark grooves must be sanded/bleached or replaced and 3 working sink stoppers are needed for the 3 comp sink kitchen area.
FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED DURING STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. OBSERVED BLACK/MOLD GROWTH ON INTERIOR SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE ON THE PREMISES.
