Boys and girls toilet room in the annex building does not have proper hand drying device, hand dryer in both toilet room does not work, disposable hand towels not supplied. Instructed that all toilet room must have working hand dryer or provide disposable hand towels to students. Serious citation issued 7-38-030. Enginner will provide paper towel in toilet rooms.
Walls not maintained in hallways and under bottom of 3 comp sink. Instructed to remove any peeling paint and repaint walls. Boys toilet room west walls not maintained in stall. Instructed to seal opened concrete wall Light covers in lunchroom not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean covers. Walls in boiler room not maintained. Instructed to seal cracks to prevent water seepage.
Storage cabinet in classroom in annex building not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize.
Floor in boiler room not cleaned or dry. Instructed to detail clean floor and remove excessive water coming from wall openings.

Instructed to remove puddy and properly seal. Hand sink in annex building faucets not maintained. Several faucets are broken and one does have cold running water. Instructed to replace any damaged handles. Drainline at boiler room utility sink not maintained. Instructed to repair drainline or install treach for proper water disposal.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. VENTILATION WINDOW FAN IN COOKING AREA UNCLEAN,MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN
