INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES STORED IN STORAGE SHELVES IN REAR STORAGE/DISH WASHING AREA. MUST REORGANIZE TO PREVENT RODENT AND INSECT HARBORAGE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN WALLS THROUGHOUT PREP AND REAR STORAGE AREA WITH STAINS OR REPAINT.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR OF HANDSINK STORAGE CABINET INSIDE WASHROOM.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN REAR AREA UNDER AND AROUND FREEZERS AND COOLERS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE BROKEN PAPER TOWEL HOLDER AT EXPOSED HAND SINK AND INSIDE WASHROOM.
