The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO RE CAULK OR SEAL FLOOR BASEBOARD UNDER DISH MACHINE.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. NOTED UNNECESSARY ARTICLES/BOXES STORED ON TOP OF WALK-IN COOLER/WALK-IN FREEZER IN REAR AREA. INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD UNNECESSARY ARTICLES TO PREVENT RODENT AND INSECT HARBORAGE.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN OR REPLACE RUBBER HOSES OR PIPING WITH BUILD-UP BEHIND INTERIOR UPPER PANEL OF ICE MACHINE.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. ADDITIONAL LIGHTING NEEDED IN REAR AREA BY WALK-IN COOLER. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE DEAD LIGHTBULDS.

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO FIX LOOSE 1 COMPARTMENT SINK IN REAR KITCHEN.--------MUST CLEAN, PAINT RUSTY METAL RACKS INSIDE REACH-IN SODA COOLER OR REPLACE.

Floor in prep area and behind cooking equipment not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and remove food debris daily.
Prep tables, exterior cooking equipment, exposed hand sink in bar, can opener and three compartment sink not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize daily.
No hot running water under city pressure. Both toilet room hand sinks not provided with hot running water. Hot water temperature at 60.3 F. Instructed manager that sinks must have hot running water at all times. Critical citation issued 7-38-030. manager was able to provided hot water at hand sinks in men's toilet room at 112.0 F and women's 94.1 F and rising.

Ice scoop stored on shelf in storage area. Instructed to store in a sanitize holder or container.
