The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.FLOORS ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS ESPECIALLY IN 2ND FLOOR STORAGE AREAS,BENEATH PRODUCE SHELVING BY WORK TABLE ALSO REPLACE BROKEN FLOOR TILES IN MEAT WALK-IN- COOLER.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units.FOUND NO THERMOMETER INSIDE THE MEAT WALK-IN-COOLER 2ND FLOOR.

Must provide,install splashguards at exposed handsinks at food prep areas,and Cutting boards with deep, dark grooves must be sanded/bleached or replaced also remove rusty shelving inside the taqueria food prep cooler.
The following requires a detail cleaning fan covers inside the walk-in-coolers,bottoms of food prep tables along the butcher,carnitas sections.
Detail clean,organize the second floor dry storage areas,remove any unecessary articles inside the furnace room due to potential pest harborage.
Must replace water stained ceiling tiles at the meat dept area were noted,hood and filters over cooking equipments at taqueria require cleaning also seal opening on lower west wall 2nd floor dry storage.
Must replace burnt-out light bulbs at rear produce,dry storage areas 2nd floor.

Dish washing facilities not properly maintained at three compartment sink in kitchen. While draining water in right side of three compartment sink, water coming up left and middle of compartments. Instructed to detail clean grease trap and drainline to prevent inadequate disposal of waste water. Serious citation issued 7-38-030.
