All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply.FOUND NO HOT RUNNING WATER IN KITCHEN AREA-A 48 HOUR NOTICE ISSUED,PREMISES IS ALREADY ON AN ALTERNATIVE FOOD SOURCE FROM QUALITY CATERING MUST UTILIZE ALL DISPOSABLES FOR FOOD SERVICE.MUST PROVIDE HOT RUNNING HOT WATER AS REQUIRED.
Equipment and utensils should get proper exposure to the sanitizing solution during the rinse cycle. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 RODENT MICE DROPPINGS IN VARIOUS AREAS OF THE DAY CARE INSIDE THE MOP SINK ROOM,ELECTRICAL ROOM,UTILTY CLOSET LOCATED IN THE INFANT ROOM. ALSO,1 LIVE ANT ALONG THE WALL BASE COVING IN THE EAST WALL IN TODDLER ROOM.ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY.THE FRONT DOORS DIRECTLY TO THE DAY CARE CENTER THERE IS A 1/2' GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE DOORS. DETAIL CLEAN,SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS,RODENT PROOF SAID DOORS.SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
DETAIL CLEAN LIGHT SHIELDS IN THE TODDLER ROOM.
DETAIL CLEAN,ORGANIZE ALL STORAGE CLOSETS,UTILITY ROOMS,REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES DUE TO PEST HARBORAGE AND PROPERLY STORE ITEMS 6' OFF FLOOR.
DETAIL CLEAN LOWER WALLS ESPECIALLY CORNERS REMOVE COB WEBS.
ELECTRIC STOVE IN KITCHEN MUST BE UNDER VENTILATION, WHEN THE EQUIPMENT IS MORE THAN 7.5 KILOWATTS OR REMOVE.
