All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.OBSERVED THE CUTTING BOARDS IN REAR PRODUCE AREA NOT CLEAN INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE. ALSO INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN THE STOVE AND OVEN, EXCESSIVE ICE IN THE REAR WALK IN COOLER BY COMPRESSOR INSTRUCTED TO DEFROST.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.OBSERVED MISSING FLOOR DRAIN COVER IN PRODUCE AREA INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE. ALSO CLEAN FLOOR KITCHEN COOKING AREA, AND IN REAR WALK IN FREEZER.
