MUST REGROUT THE FLOOR TILES IN THE POTWASH AREA AND AROUND THE HIGH TEMPERATURE DISHMACHINES. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR BEHIND THE OVENS. OBSERVED THE BASEMENT MOP SINK BACKING UP WITH WATER.
