Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees. NO PAPER TOWELS IN CUSTOMER/EMPLOYEE WASHROOM.
All dish washing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health. THREE COMPARTMENT SINK UNABLE TO DRAIN PROPERLY. WHEN ONE SINK IS OPENED TO DRAIN, WATER DOES NOT DRAIN FAST ENOUGH IN FLOOR DRAIN. WATER OVER FLOWS ONTO FLOOR. EXTREMELY SLOW DRAINING FLOOR DRAIN. MUST REPAIR TO ADEQUATELY DRAIN WASTE WATER FROM SINK.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. LEAK AT SPRAY ARM ON THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.MUST REPAIR. FRONT EXPOSED HAND SINK MUST CLEAN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOOR UNDER BAG IN BOX SODA DISPENSER DIRTY. MUST CLEAN.
