The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS UNDER ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT AND UNDER EQUIPMENT IN FRONT PREP AREA. MUST CLEAN FLOORS IN BASEMENT UNDER GREASE TRAP AND REMOVE EXCESSIVE GREASE BUILD UP.
