MUST REMOVE AND RELOCATE COMPUTER EQUIPMENTS AND CASH REGISTER ABOVE OPEN FOOD DISPLAY SERVING AREA IN REAR FOOD PERP AREA TO A NON-FOOD HANDLING OR NON-FOOD HOLDING AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST ELEVATE ALL CLEANED UTENSILS 6' OFF THE FLOORS AT ALL TIMES.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED FOOD CRUMBS ON TABLES IN DINING,INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AFTER CUSTOMERS.
