OBSERVED 10-15 MICE DROPPINGS ON LEDGE ALONG WEST WALL NEAR ELECTRICAL PANEL NEAR REAR DOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR FOR SERVICE, CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. INSTALL 16 MESH SCREEN ON VENT ALONG NORTH WALL ABOVE UTILITY SINK TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 CITATION ISSUED.
