All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST REMOVE DUST FROM DRY STORAGE SHELVES IN BASEMENT AREA
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. MUST RESTRICT STORING ICE DISPENSING UTENSILS INSIDE ICE MACHINE, IMPROPERLY, MUST BE STORED IN A CONTAINER OUTSIDE THE MACHINE, OR IN MACHINE WITH HANDLES FACING UP
MUST STORE PERSONAL ITEMS ONE DESIGNATED AREA, NICE AND NEATLY

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. NOTED RUSTY SHELVES IN COOLERS AND STORAGE AREA PAINT SAME.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REGROUT TILE WALLS NEAR THE DISH MACHINE AREA, MAKING THE WALLS TIGHT FITTING, PREVENTING INSECT ENTRANCE AND HARBORAGE.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. DETAIL CLEAN PIPES IN THE EXHAUST HOOD, HEAVY WITH DUST.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS ALONG WALLS AND IN CORNERS THROUGHOUT, REMOVING ALL DEBRIS.
