Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. VENTILATION FAN IN WASHROOM NEEDS A COVER; PROVIDE. THREE COMP SINK IN REAR NOT MAINTAINED; MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. UTILITY SINK IN REAR NOT CONNECTED TO A WATER SOURCE; INSTRUCTED TO CONNECT TO A WATER SOURCE SO THAT SINK HAS HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOORS UNDER, AROUND AND BEHIND ALL EQUIPMENT IN STORAGE ROOM IN REAR, UNDER STOCK SHELVES AND IN OLD WALKIN UNIT USED FOR STORAGE. SOME AREAS OF FLOOR IN POOR REPAIR THROUGHOUT STORE, MUST REPAIR. SEAL AREA OF FLOOR TO WALLBASE WHERE NEEDED TO CLOSE GAPS BETWEEN FLOOR AND WALL.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED MISSING AND DAMAGED CEILING TILES THROUGHOUT STORE; INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE WHERE NEEDED. WALL IN WASHROOM IN REAR NEEDS SEALING AROUND THE BASE OF THE WALL; PROVIDE A WALL COVING.
