All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. PROVIDE METAL STEM THERMOMETERS TO THE REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER.
