A certified food service manager must be present in all establishments at which potentially hazardous food is prepared or served. NO ONE ON PREMISES WITH A CITY SANITATION CERTIFICATE OR PROOF OF ENROLLMENT, WHILE HANDLING/COOKING/SERVING OPEN P.H.F. (SUCH AS MEAT CREPES,PANINIS,SALADS).
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WALLS AROUND & BEHIND DISHMACHINE, ABOVE MOP SINK, NEED CLEANING DUE TO FOOD STAINS/DUST.
