MUST REPLACE THE CHEST FREEZER LID THAT'S ALL TAPED-UP & IN POOR REPAIR. BROKEN DOOR GASKET OF WALK-IN COOLER MUST BE FIXED; BARE/RAW WOODEN SHELVINGS O EAST WALL OF KITCHEN MUST BE SEALED.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. WALL SECTION BEHIND THE OVEN MUST BE REPLACED (WORN OUT & BURNT). MUST SEAL OPENING ON WALL UNDER 3-COMP SINK.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. WALK-IN COOLER SHELVINGS & FAN GUARDS OF SAME COOLER MUST BE KEPT CLEAN & FREE OF FOOD DEBRIS/DUST.
