The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Grouting or seal between wall & splashboards at dishroom & some sinks must be replaced, due to disrepair.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Rubber gsket of cooler door at cook's line (front of the haouse) is in poor repair, must fix/replace.
