Must provide exposed to bar prep area per code.
Found observed front entrance/exit door not rodent proofed door had 1/4inch gap on bottom of door. rear exit door also not rodent proofed, door had 1/4 inch gap on bottom of door.
Non food contact surfaces of ice machine not clean need detailed cleaning, front counter cabinet shelving, cooler shelving need cleaning.
Floors in kitchen, bar areas not clean need detailed cleaning(corners), floors in bsmt. storage areas by hot water heater need cleaning.
Ceiling tiles that were stained, shall be repair, replaced.
Damaged light shields in kitchen shall be replaced, light shields that were missing end caps shall be provided.
Exhaust vents(ventilation)in kitchen prep area, bathrooms need cleaning.

MUST STORE ICE SCOOP IN A SEPARATE CONTAINER(NOT ON TOP OF THE ICE FOUND INSIDE THE ICE MACHINE, BEHIND THE BAR).
MUST REMOVE GREASE AND RUST ON THE LID AND EXTERIOR PART OF THE GREASE BOX AND REPAINT.
