ALL FOOD CONTAINERS THAT IS NOT THE ORIGINAL CONTAINERS INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER AND WALK IN FREEZER INSIDE THE TRAILER OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT NEEDS LABEL AND DATE,
MUST DEFROST THE ICE CREAM FREEZER , WITH HEAVY ICE ACCUMULATED.
