All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.MUST CLEAN FANGUARD COVERS IN WALK IN COOLER,POP SLEEVES,SHELVING UNITS. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE MISSING & DAMAGED FLOOR TILES THROUGHOUT.MUST CLEAN FLOOR ALONG WALLBASES & UNDER DISPLAY SHELVES.MUST SEAL HOLE IN FLOOR NEAR MOPSINK.
