The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT 1ST FLOOR AND BASEMENT AREAS

Facilities not maintaining proper temperature. Two coolers not maintaining proper temperature. Internal temperature at 47.8 F for rear cooler and 58.6 F for front cooler. Instructed to repair cooler to maintain 40 F or below. No citation issued.
Potentially hazardous foods does not meet temperature requirement during storage, preparation, display and service. Found 5 lbs of Cannoli's at 57.3 F, 28 lbs of Creamed pastries at 57.8F, 8 lbs of Tiramisu at 52.4 F, 10 lbs Mozzarella Cheese at 47.4 F, Marinara Sauce 6 lbs at 47.3 F. Instructed manager that potentially hazardous foods must maintain 40 F or below. Manager voluntarily denatured and discarded. Value $170, 57 lbs No citation issued.
