Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. PROVIDE MISSING LIGHT SHIELDS AND END CAPS ON LIGHTS ABOVE DONUT DISPLAY AREA.
