Outer openings not protected or rodent proofed. Observed northwest door not rodent or insect proofed double doors has 1/4 inche gap at bottom where doors meet in middle. Instructed to rodent proof door to prevent rodent and insect entry. Must also repair and rodent/insect northeast door left side. Serous citation issued 7-38-020.

Peeling paint on west staircase (2nd floor west)on walls, ceiling, shall be repair, bathrooms that had peeling paint in 2nd floor, 1st floor, and annex buildings shall be repair/sealed. Exposed insulation in bsmt. storage areas shall be repair/sealed.

ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL IN THE PREP AREA/KITCHEN. OBSERVED STUDENTS AND TEACHERS COMING FROM THE HALLWAY GOING TO THE PREP AREA/ KITCHEN. TEACHERS ARE GETTING THEIR BREAKFAST AND STUDENTS ARE GIVING THE MONEY TO THE MANAGER.
