NOTED GREASE AND DRIED FOOD DEBRIS ACCUMULATION AROUND PIPES, STORAGE SHELVES IN REAR PREP AREA, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SURFACES OF COOLERS AND STORAGE RACKS IN WALK-IN COOLER WITH MOLD LIKE BUILD-UP. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. NOTED AN OPENING/GAP ON FLOOR BASEBOARD ALONG WALLS UNDER FRONT EXPOSED HAND SINK. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.
