All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. WALK IN COOLER WITH ACCESS IN THE ALLEY FLOOR HAS DEBRIS , AND TOILET BOWLS IN MALE & LADIES INSIDE IS STAINED,INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN.
