Replace burnt-out light bulbs in the kitchen food prep areas.
Toilet room door must be self closing.
Repair water leak at drain pipe of the 3 comp sink,remove dusts build-up on ventilation covers in the customers dining room.
Detail clean sides of hot cooking equipments and interior compartments of deep fryers remove grease build-up.
