Observed hole in wall behind grease trap underdishmachine also observed water dripping from ceiling tile at prep area by rear door, not affecting any equipment. Must seal hole in wall and repair ceiling. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Observed accumilated food build up inside prep coolers rubber door gaskets, dust build up on coolers compressors and slight lime build up inside ice machine. Must clean and maintain all unclean equipment. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floor base in poor repair(at corner)behind ice machine. Must seal gap beteween wall panels and at floor base.
