The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS NEED CLEANING UNDER ALL EQUIPMENT ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR BOOK STORAGE ROOMS. ELEVATE ALL STOCK 6' OFF FLOOR. REPAIR THRESHOLDS UNDER DOORS ACROSS FROM ENGINEER OFFICE AND IN GYM.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPAIR CEILING ABOVE COOLERS AND IN KITCHEN OFFICE. SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN WALLS AND BEHIND TOILET IN KITCHEN STAFF WASHROOM. SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPE FITTINGS UNDER SINKS IN GIRLS AND BOYS WASHROOMS NEAR KITCHEN. SEAL LOOSE AND REPLACE MISSING BASEBOARDS IN ALL AREAS.
