Found/Observed front, and rear entrance/exit doors not rodent proofed, doors had 1/4inch, to 1/2 inch gap on bottom of doors.No citation issued due to license inspection on 3/14/2011.
Wall that had gap/peeling paint in kitchen prep area, shall be repair/sealed. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.
