REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET ON BOTH THREE COMPARTMENT SINKS.REPAIR LEAKING WATER PIPE UNDER THE FIRST COMPARTMENT SINK (BY THE DOOR)PROVIDE WORKING STOPPERS FOR BOTH THREE COMPARTMENT SINKS.
FOUND CHICKEN AND DUCK BALLUT EGGS AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURE(8 LAYERS OF CHICKEN BALLUT 30 IN EACH TRAY AT TEMP OF 64.6F TO 66.9F;7 TRAYS OF DUCK BALLUT EGGS 30 IN EACH TRAYS AT TEMP OF 57.3F TO 62.7F).OBSERVED EMPLOYEE STORING BALLUT EGGS INSIDE THE COOLERS WHEN HE SAW ME ON PREMISES.
