MUST CLEAN FLOORS THROUGH-OUT INCLUDING ALONG WALL/FLOOR JUNCTION AND UNDER DINING TABLES/BOOTHS.
REMOVE BLACK SLIME SUBSTANCE FROM WALLS UNDER THE DISH MACHINE AREA, REMOVE GREASE BUILD-UP BEHIND COOKING EQUIPMENT. NEED TO SEAL OPENING THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN. NEED TO CLEAN ALL VENT COVERS THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES(KITCHEN AND DINING AREA), ALSO NEED TO CLEAN CEILING TILES AROUND VENT COVERS AND VENT COVERS IN DINING AREA AND WASHROOMS.

WATER PIPE UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IN DISH ROOM HEAVILY LEAKING INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR. NEED TO PROVIDE VISIBLE BACK FLOW PREVENTION DEVICES AT FAUCETS WHERE HOSE IS ATTACHED (NEXT TO DISHMACHINE), ALL ICE MACHINES AND HOT WATER URN.
MUST REMOVE TOOLS, PLUMBING TOOLS AND OTHER ITEMS FROM SHELVES IN PREP AREA,STORE THEM AT NON FOOD STORAGE AREA. REMOVE ALL UNUSED EQUIPMENT FROM PREMISES OR STORE CLEAN AND ORGANIZED TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
