STORE ALL STOCK AWAY FROM WALLS IN REAR STORAGE AREAS FOR EASY CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL. CLEAN LIGHT SHIELDS IN SEAFOOD DEPARTMENT AND ALL CEILING VENTS IN SALES AREA.

AT THIS TIME I OBSERVED AN AREA OF FLOOR IN POOR REPAIR IN THE MEAT PROCESSING ROOM; FLOOR PEELING; ADVISED TO REMOVE AND PAINT FLOOR. WATER HAS STATIONED IN THAT AREA AS WELL.

All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MOP BUCKETS AND UTILITY SINK AREA. STORE MOPS WITH HEAD UPWARD TO DRY.
