All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OBSERVED 14 RAT DROPPINGS ON FLOOR OF HOT WATER UTILITY CLOSET. REAR KITCHEN EXIT SCREEN DOOR BEING USED NOT RODENT OR INSECT PROOFED WITH OPEN 1/4 INCH GAPS ON BOTH SIDES AND TOP OF DOOR. MUST REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS, SANITIZE ALL AREAS, SEAL SCREEN DOOR AND MAKE TIGHT FITTING ON ALL SIDES. RECOMMEND HAVING PEST CO. SERVICE FOR RATS AND SEAL ALL FOUND OPENINGS.
A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.MUST INSTALL SPLASH GUARD AT KITCHEN EXPOSED HAND SINK BETWEEN SINK AND CLEAN DISHES AT THREE COMPARTMENT DRYING RACK. MUST NOT USE RAW WOOD AS SHELVING IN REACH IN COOLER.
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. ALL WIPING CLOTHS IN BOTH PREP AREAS MUST BE STORED IN A CLEAN CONTAINER WITH A SANITIZING SOLUTION.

All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. EMPLOYEE BICYCLES MUST NOT BE STORED IN 2ND. FLOOR DRY FOOD STORAGE ROOM.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INTERIOR ICE MACHINE MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE.
