MAKE TOILET DOOR SELF CLOSING.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. THE THREE REACH IN FREEZERS THICK WITH ICE BUILDUP LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT. INSTRUCTED TO DEFROST AND CLEAN SAME.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. THE MENS TOILET ROOM IN THE BASEMENT HAS MOLD ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH WALLS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE TO REMOVE THE MOLD AND THEN PAINT SAME. SOME PEELING PAINT IN THE PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE PEELING PAINT AND PAINT SAME.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. FOOD STORAGE SHELVES HAS SOME CHIPPED PAINT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND PAINT WITH NON TOXIC PAINT.

THE DRY STORAGE SHELVES ARE DIRTY, CLEAN THE SHELVES IN DETAIL.
THE KITCHEN WALLS AND BASEBOARDS ARE YELLOWING AND DIRTY, CLEAN AND REPAINT THE WALLS AND BASEBOARDS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND CLEAN.
THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY UNDER THE STOVE AND PREP TABLE, CLEAN THE FLOOR AND DETAIL.
