MUST PROVIDE A SHIELD TO THE LIGHT IN THE BASEMENT WALK-IN COOLER.
MUST FIX THE LEAK AT THE BASE OF THE FAUCET ON THE 3-COMP. SINK AND PROVIDE STOPPERS FOR ALL THE COMPARTMENTS OF BOTH 3-COMP. SINKS. ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT MUST FIT UNDER THE VENTILLATION HOOD IN PREP AREA.
