While draining water in middle of three compartment sink, water coming up left and right side of sink. Instructed to repair or detail clean grease trap to prevent inadequate disposal of waste water. Serious citation issued 7-38-030.

Found exposed hand sink faucet in front bar area in state of disrepair(broken faucet neck), shall be replaced.Citation issued.(Mgmt was instructed to used sink in kitchen prep area for hand washing until faucet is replaced)
