Unnecessary articles stored on second floor. Instructed to remove all unused articles and elevate supplies 6 inches or higher off floor on second floor and storage closet.
Wall not maintained under front counter and several openings noted thru out. Instructed to seal wall under counter and to seal all openings. Coving not provided in several areas on first and second floor. Instructed to install coving.
Door of storage closet not sealed. Instructed to apply non-toxic sealant to surface.
Light not provided in storage closet. Instructed to install light inside room. Plumblers puddy inside 3 comp and 1 comp sink around drain. Instructed to remove toxic chemical. Must install shield between 3comp and 1 comp sinks in the prep area to prevent any contamination.
