FOUND APPROXIMATELY 140 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERED IN REAR ALONG SIDE UNUSED WALK IN FREEZER AND UNUSED PREP COOLER AND IN FURNACE ROOM BEHIND AND UNDER FURNACE AND AROUND HOT WATER TANK. MUST REMOVE DROPPINGS SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. ALSO NOTED AN APPROXIMATELY 1/4 INCH GAP ALONG BOTTOM OF REAR EXIT DOOR.
