LOW TEMP. DISHMACHINE AT THE BAR IS NOT HOOKED-UP TO THE SINTIZER, SOAP & RINSE ADDITIVES-MUST INSTALL. Equipment and utensils should get proper exposure to the sanitizing solution during the rinse cycle. Bactericidal treatment shall consist of exposure of all dish and utensil surfaces to a rinse of clean water at a temperature of not less than 180F.
SOAP & PAPER TOWELS/HAND DRYING DEVICES MUST BE PROVIDED AT ALL HANDSINKS AT BAR AREA. Adequate and convenient hand washing facilities shall be provided for all employees.
FOLLOWING PLUMBING ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED: LEAK AT WATER LINES UNDER SINKS AT THE BAR; ICE MACHINE & SODA MACHINE LINES MUST BE HOOKED-UP TO THE WATER SUPPLY. LEAK AT FRONT SIDE UNDER DISHMACHINE & PIPE UNDER HANDSINK AT DISHROOM MUST BE FIXED ALSO. Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health.
WALLS AT REAR ROOM (FOR SODA SYRUP RACKS), MUST BE SMOOTH/EASILY CLEANABLE & CEILING TILES MUST BE PROVIDED. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. STANDING WATER BEHIND DISH MACHINE AT BAR AREA, INSTRUCTED TO GROUT FLOOR AND MINIMIZE STANING WATER AS POSSIBLE.
